Practicing gratitude connects us to something larger than ourselves- whether to other people, nature or a higher power- and it can significantly improve our everyday lives.
Designate a gratitude jar. Place a pen and strips of decorative paper beside the jar. Write down something you are grateful for and place it in the jar. Collect picture of people and places you are grateful for and put them on a bulletin board to remind you of the abundance in your life.
