Flower Power!
Grab your activity partner and take a trip to your own personal garden or a local grocery store to purchase a variety of flowers. Flowers can contribute to our mental well-being in many ways, studies have shown that even having flowers in your home environment can improve your mood, lower blood pressure and decrease anxiety. Smell the different aromas of each flower, how do they make you feel? What does the smell remind you of? Use your imagination and make your own flower bouquet! How many variations can you come up with?
